School- Age Director Position
We are currently interviewing fora full-time, year round Administrator for our School-Age program serving children ages 5-12. We are located on-site at Westbrook ES in Bethesda, MD.
Primary responsibilities include:
*Supervising After-school staff and children
* Maintaining State of MD licensing requirements & NAEYC accreditation criteria
* Working with Administrative team to meet program goals and standards
* Purchasing supplies and equipment as needed.
* Planning menus to meet Child Care Food Program requirements
* Serving a a resource to staff and leading staff meetings
* Ensuring the health & safety of children and staff
* Communicating regularly with parents and providing program updates
* Planning and supervising Summer Camp Program
Candidates must have a minimumof a Bachelor's degree in ECE/Elem. Ed. and a minmum of 3-5 years directing a child care program. Must be Director qualified in the State of MD to work with 60+ school-age children.
Hours are 10am-6pm Monday through Friday. This is a year round position and is available immediately.
